1. Complete the form
Start by filling out the form below. Tell us about your preferences, design ideas, and any personalisation details.
There’s no obligation and no payment required at this stage.

2. Design consultation
After receiving your form, we’ll get in touch to discuss your design in detail. Based on our conversation, we’ll create an initial wax model.
Still no payment necessary.

3. Choose your finger
Decide which finger you’d like to wear your ring on – this determines the size and fit of your piece.

4. Measure your ring size
Use our in-store ring size measurer or visit a local jeweller for a professional measurement. Then, compare it with our ring size chart to confirm accuracy.

5. Approve the wax model
Before we move to casting, we’ll share the wax model with you. If you’d like any changes, we’ll revise the model until it’s just right.

6. Payment & production
Once you’ve approved the design and completed payment, we’ll cast your ring in your chosen design and finish it to perfection.

Production timeline
The full process – from wax sculpting to casting, polishing, and shipping – typically takes 2 to 4 weeks.
